Management Program

  • On-site
    • Brussels, Brussels, Belgium
  • Ormit Talent

Job description

Your first job teaches you how work really works: decisions, pressure, feedback, people. And maybe it also shows you where your growth is starting to slow down.

You feel you need more: more challenge, more feedback, more development, and more people around you who take your growth seriously.

Maybe you don’t need one fixed next step yet. Maybe you need the space to explore different jobs without having to job-hop on your own.

Your future job

In this program, you build broad experience across different roles, organisations and business challenges. Maybe your first direction gave you a starting point, but not the full answer. Here, you keep growing without having to commit to one fixed path just yet.

  • You’ll work on real projects in 2 to 3 organisations

  • You won’t be locked into one fixed role. You will work in different roles and on different business challenges.

  • One project might have you analysing what could work better; another, improving processes or driving change; and another, helping people adopt new ways of working.

  • You won’t start from scratch: your previous experience shapes the projects you take on. But each assignment adds something new. More responsibility, broader perspective, a different domain and greater impact.

  • You’ll work with established organisations such as Telenet, D’Ieteren, NN Insurance, BNP Paribas Fortis, Atlas Copco, Pluxee, Securex, Buildwise, Brussels Airport Company and many others.

These are the kinds of projects you might step into:

  • Business Analyst on a digital transformation programme

  • Project Coordinator inside an IT or operations team

  • Change driver on an AI rollout — from pilot to adoption

  • Readiness Manager for a new product, market or platform

  • Culture transformation specialist

  • Digital ways-of-working lead (tooling, workflows, AI adoption)

Job requirements

What you bring to the table

  • You had a first experience in a business context. Max 3 years.

  • A Master’s degree

  • Strong language skills. C2 in Dutch or French, B2 in the other language, and fluent English (C1)

  • AI and tech literacy. You don’t need to be a technical expert. You need to know what AI is, what it can and can’t do, and what it takes to put it to work inside an organisation.

This isn’t your dream job if…

  • You want to stay in one domain and go deep, not wide. This program is built for people who want to broaden their skills, knowledge and perspective.

  • You need to know your exact role, company and path for the next two years. We can’t promise that — and honestly, that’s part of the magic.

  • You’d rather skip coaching, training, peer feedback or looking honestly at your own patterns. Growth here is active, reflective and sometimes uncomfortable — so if you’re not ready for that yet, this might not be your moment.

  • You do your best work completely on your own. In this program, you’ll need to connect, influence and bring others along.

What’s in it for you

  • Growth with a plan. A mapped development track with 20+ training days focused on the skills that travel with you: from self-insight and stakeholder management to influencing, communication and storytelling.

  • A performance coach. Not your manager, but a certified coach who meets you monthly and focuses only on your personal growth.

  • A peer group that gets it. Ambitious people at the same stage, ready to reflect, challenge each other and learn from the messy bits too.

  • Future-proof in an AI world. Time, budget and peer learning to test, build and understand how AI changes the way work gets done.

  • Direction by the end. Many continue at one of our client companies; others stay longer with Ormit Talent. Either way, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of your next step.

  • The practical side. A paid two-year job with tons of extra-legal benefits: mobility budget or company car, meal and eco vouchers, hospitalisation insurance, pension savings, a €200 wellbeing budget per assignment, homeworking allowance and an office close to public transport.
